Business Process Support is a HN Flex module from the Computing Higher National programme.
This course introduces a range of tools, techniques and technologies used for acquiring data and processing it into meaningful information that can be used to support business function processes, including PowerBI.
You will explore real-world business problems, the emergence of data science and how the application of data science can be used to support business processes.
This course will be one session per week over 15 weeks. The study method will combine online delivery with onsite delivery for practical activities.
