Terms and conditions
This guide was prepared in November 2016 for courses starting in September 2017. Any subsequent changes to information will be published in the course information listings.
UCO will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver courses in accordance with the description in this guide. However, UCO does not guarantee that any of the courses or facilities detailed here are or will be available. UCO is accountable for the public funding it receives and accordingly has to regularly review its course provision within the context of delivering a range of courses to students.
From time to time such reviews may result in the variation of course content, methods or location or delivery, course mergers, the introduction of new courses and the discontinuance of others.
UCO reserves the right to make these and similar changes where it reasonably considers that they are necessary in the context of its wider purpose. If a course is discontinued UCO will use reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative.
UCO holds personal data on all applicants and enrolled students. All such data is kept and processed in
accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Our agreement with you
If you accept an offer of a place at UCO we will have a binding agreement with you. A person who is not party to this agreement shall not have any rights under or in connection with it. Only you and UCO shall have any right to enforce or rely on the agreement.
Your enrolment at UCO is subject to the requirement to abide by its rules, regulations, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for making yourself aware of these requirements. An up-to-date electronic version of all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures can be found here
These incorporate any changes made from time to time and all students become subject to such changes as soon as they are published. You are advised to check the regulations regularly for any changes.
